We all know something like handlebars, right? They usually consist of a tight grip or handle in two weighted balls or discs. They look a bit 'as an exaggerated hourglass figure. They are designed to be lifted with one hand instead of two, to save weight and resistance against unilateral moves such as bicep curls add.
